Ralli ("we," "us," or "our") is a health companion app for people using GLP-1 medications. We take your privacy seriously — especially because you trust us with sensitive health information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Health and wellness data: To provide core app features, we collect information you voluntarily enter, including:

• GLP-1 injection dates, doses, and medication history

• Workout and physical activity records
• Nutrition information and meal logs

Community content: When you post or comment in the Ralli community, that content is visible to other users and is stored on our servers.

AI chat conversations: Conversations with Rae, our AI health companion, are stored to provide continuity and improve the assistant. See the Rae section below.

Usage data: We collect standard app analytics (feature usage, crash reports) to improve the product. This data is aggregated and not linked to identifiable health information.

Device information: We collect basic device identifiers (device type, OS version) for technical compatibility and security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the Ralli app and its features
• Generate your progress insights, injection history, and health summaries
• Enable community features and user-generated content
• Power Rae, our AI health companion
• Send important account notifications (e.g., password resets, security alerts)

We do not use your health data to serve you third-party advertisements.

Rae — AI Health Companion

Rae is an AI-powered chatbot built into Ralli. Rae is designed to offer general wellness support and information related to GLP-1 medication use. Rae is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Conversations with Rae may be reviewed by our team to improve accuracy and safety. We handle these conversations with the same privacy protections as your other health data and do not share them with third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate the app (cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications) under strict data processing agreements
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data would transfer subject to the same privacy protections
• With your consent: For any other purpose, only with your explicit permission

Data Storage and Security

Children's Privacy

Ralli is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ralli after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
