Welcome to Ralli. By downloading, installing, or using the Ralli app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Ralli ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Ralli is a wellness companion app. It is not a medical device, medical provider, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Ralli is designed to help you track and manage your GLP-1 medication journey, including injection schedules, symptoms, nutrition, and progress. The information and features within the App are for general informational and self-tracking purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, diet, or exercise routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in Ralli.
Rae is an AI-powered assistant within Ralli. Rae provides general wellness support and information, but:
Use Rae as a supplement to — never a replacement for — guidance from your doctor or care team.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ralli. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ralliglp1.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Ralli includes a community feed where users can post and interact. By participating, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of content you create in Ralli (posts, logs, comments). By submitting content to community features, you grant Ralli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App.
You represent that you have the right to share any content you post and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.
All rights in the Ralli app, including its design, branding, software, and content created by us, are owned by Ralli or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Ralli intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our explicit written permission.
Ralli may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Apple Health or external websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You may stop using Ralli and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen or by contacting hello@ralliglp1.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ralli at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
